Our Office staff can advise but generally, there are appointments available within 2-3 weeks in our clinics. Appointments in schools have to be arranged following an invitation by the school.

A formal assessment of cognitive abilities and literacy/numeracy skills takes about 1.5 – 2 hours. The debrief meeting following the assessment typically takes 30 minutes.

Generally, reports take 10 – 14 days from the date of the assessment and are emailed to the email address provided at the time of the assessment. The reports are encrypted and password-locked: the password is sent to the mobile telephone number provided at the time of booking.

Each assessment is followed by a face-to-face debriefing session. The assessment report contains detailed recommendations for support programmes, additional activities and also any Special Access Arrangements.
